FAQ

Anywhere between a week and four weeks, depending on how busy I am. Typically, 2-3 weeks. I will keep you posted and tag on IG sneak peeks. 

If there's inclement weather or you or a family member is sick, we will find a new date for your session. Same applies, if I am sick or have an emergency. All I ask, is that you communicate with me as soon as possible. I make my work and personal plans around your session, just be mindful.

For regular sessions, you pay half to secure your day and time. The day of the session, you pay the other half. For mini-sessions, because they are at a significantly reduced rate, you have to pay the full amount to reserve your spot. Until payment is not made, spots are not reserved.

Through Pic-Time, the platform used to deliver you gallery, you are able to shop a variety of products including prints, canvases, acrylic prints, greeting cards, ornaments, and albums. You are able to customize the products to your liking. Your products will be mailed directly to you. 

I'm happy to help you select the products that might fit your needs best. So reach out to me, with any questions. 

You will have access to the shop as long as your gallery is live. Galleries get deleted as my Pic-Time storage runs out to make room for new galleries. I email you, as courtesy, before I delete your gallery to give you a last opportunity to download your images and shop.

Absolutely not, however, I do need good light sources (aka windows) in the rooms we will be shooting. The more windows or sliding doors the best, because we have more options for spots to shoot in. The spaces with the best light don't need to be perfect but need to be tidy for the shoot.

That's great! That means they are healthy and energetic kids. I love capturing chaos! We will do a few posed looking at the camera photos because I know everyone likes those. Most of the session, won't be posed at all. We will be playing together and I promise you that your kid will have the best time.

I got you! You don't do anything, other than not stressing. I'm a lifestyle photographer, there's little posing and lost of doing and moving. Additionally, as a couples therapist, I am trained in helping people feel comfortable with themselves, their partners, and me. You are both in good hands!

Yes, I love fur babies. As long as they are trained and social, they are welcomed because they are part of your family. The exception would be if the location we are shooting at does not allow pets. 

Don't fret, I'm very involved in the prep process because I want you to look and feel your best. Outfits make or break photos. I will ask you to send me potential outfits and I will send you inspo  and links. If you need more personalized help or this is a session with multiple changes and/or more than 5 people, I will refer you to a professional stylist. 

Yes, I love these! Very much like an in-home session, but the focus is on your brand. I am happy to come to your office or studio and snap away. Same as for in-home sessions, lighting sources and tidy space is necessary. I need windows, sliding doors, doors that lead to the outside, and room to move around and pose you. 

I offer full branding sessions, not just headshots. I will take headshots of you and do a lifestyle session of you living your brand. Your photos will help your ideal client feel connected to your brand. These photos will be ideal for your website and social media platforms. 

As soon as possible, newborn sessions are ideally done within the first two weeks of a babies life. During this stage, babies sleep a lot, which means they are easier to pose and manipulate for detail shots. If you are past that mark, we can still do it and I will do my best with the detail shots but can't promise a ton. When babies are crying and moving around pictures come out blurry or just not flattering.

No, you only get my artistic work. You will get all the best photos edited by one-by-one by hand.
